How We Work

Put back the way it came

Every device is reassembled to factory condition — every screw returned to its correct hole, every shield, bracket, and connector back in place. On phones and tablets especially, screws vary in size and length from spot to spot, and the wrong one in the wrong hole can damage the board. Every screw is tracked to its exact position. Your device leaves the bench looking like it was never opened.

Measure, don’t guess

Components are tested, not assumed. Capacitors checked for ESR and capacitance, voltages verified, faults traced to the actual cause — so you’re paying to fix the real problem, not to swap parts and hope.

You’ll get findings and a price before any billable work begins. No surprises, no work you didn’t approve.

High-voltage components are properly discharged before service. We keep a clean, professional workspace, and all devices must be free of pest infestation and biohazards to protect your equipment and everyone else’s.

CRT, rear projection, plasma, LCD, LED — vintage and modern. Please bring the complete set; finding which board or component actually failed is part of the repair, and most TV faults can’t be diagnosed from a board alone. For larger sets, we’ll help you carry it in to the bench. Note: cracked screens aren’t repairable — replacement panels are generally unavailable and cost more than the set.
